Winning Student Designs Announced in Annual
Kirby Medical Center’s Holiday Card Design Contest
MONTICELLO- November 12th, 2021 – After receiving many creative holiday card designs from area fourth-grade classes, a design submitted byTristan Garver, a student in Mrs. Forbes class at Cerro Gordo Elementary selected as the first-place winner in the Kirby Medical Center Holiday Card Design Contest.
Tristan’s holiday card will become the official 2021 Kirby Medical Center Holiday Card and his winning design will be Kirby Medical Center’s holiday card for the holiday season. The runners up include: Lillian Martin, a student in Ms Mabbs’ Art Class at White Heath Elementary; Isabelle Piraino, a student in Mrs. Forbes Class at Cerro Gordo Elementary; Sophia Cornwell, a student in Ms. Mabbs’ Art class at White Heath Elementary; and Emma Drinkwater, a student in Mrs. Barker’s class at Blue Ridge.
Tristan will receive a personal art supply kit and Mrs. Forbes will be presented with a check in the amount of $100 for the purchase of supplies for her classroom.
