KMC Culinary Medicine Recipe

Members with a KMC Move membership are able to participate in monthly classes to learn new information about nutrition. Here is one of last months recipes on no bake energy bites! 

Ingredients: 

- 1 cup old fashioned oats 

- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed 

- 2 tbs chia seeds 

- 1/2 cup peanut butter of choice 

- 1/3 cup honey 

- 1 tsp vanilla 

- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips 

- OPTIONAL: 1/2 cup coconut flakes

Directions: 

1. Measure out ingredients, add to large mixing bowl 

2. Scoop into even "bite" sizes, roll together 

3. Place in refrigerator (good for 1 week in fridge, can freeze as well)
