Dementia Action Plan

This past Monday, Kirby Medical Center partnered with Hamid R. Sagha, M.D. for a Dementia Action Plan event. This informational event was centered on Dr. Sagha’s book, Dementia Action Plan: Give Your Brain a Fighting Chance! to educate the community on ways that they can protect their brains from dementia at any age. Members of the community gathered at the Monticello Community Building to hear from Dr. Sagha about dementia and what lifestyle changes they can make to best prevent dementia. Dr. Sagha has practiced medicine since 1995 and is board-certified in emergency medicine, family and community medicine, and integrative and functional medicine.
