Heartsaver First Aid course. Oct. 7^th at 6pm in the Community Outreach Room at Kirby Medical Center. Space is limited to 10 participants.

Heartsaver First Aid Course provides students with the highest quality training in the lifesaving skills of first aid. The course empowers students to act with confidence in the event of an emergency at work, home, or in the community. Students will receive their license after completion.

Topics covered include:

• First Aid Basics

• Medical Emergencies

• Injury Emergencies

• Environmental Emergencies

Who is this for?

Heartsaver First Aid is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs first aid training and a course completion card for a job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements. This course can also be taken by anyone who wants to be prepared to act in an emergency.

Payment of $35 will be due at the start of class. Exact cash or check made out to Kirby Medical Center will be accepted.
