Yes, this is called proxy access and allows a parent, spouse, family member, or designated individual to log into the patient’s personal Kirby Connect account and view their information. Once proxy access has been granted, you can select the “Change Person” button from the top right corner of Kirby Connects homepage to be able to choose among the patients that you have access to. Per State and Federal guidelines, once your child turns 12, your access to their Kirby Connect account is deactivated. Your child can now sign up for his/her own account and complete the necessary form to grant you proxy access.
