The corporate wellness program at Kirby Medical Center is designed to support
business teams and employees to maintain and strengthen physical and emotional
health to thrive in both professional and personal roles. Health information
and individual support empowers sustainable health and wellbeing habits.
Quarterly wellness classes and events provide wellness information, inspiration,
and team building.

- Lab Testing: Cholesterol Panel and Fasting Glucose
- Blood Pressure Check
- Body Composition Measures
- Individual Wellness Consult to review results.

Quarterly Wellness Education is personalized to your team’s interests,
needs, and schedule
- Lunch-n-Learn on a wellness topic relevant for employee population
- Fitness Class (hosted at KMC Active)
- Mindfulness Class (yoga, meditation)
- Wellness Contest (walking challenge, water intake challenge, etc.)
- Wellness Gift Bag with resources and healthy snack
