AquaFit
Aquatic class supervised by a medical professional. AquaFit is a great
option for the exerciser who would like to engage in an unstructured exercise
format and enjoys their own program development. Must be able to enter
and exit the pool independently.
Cardio Drumming
A fun and engaging group exercise class that combines rhythmic drumming
with the physical benefits of a cardio workout. Instructor led, and suitable
for all fitness levels. Cardio Drumming can be done in sitting or standing
for a full body workout and a fun, stress relieving experience!
Culinary Medicine Classes
Gather at the culinary medicine classes for a cooking demo. Learn simple
recipes to take care of your health. Learn new information about nutrition.
Get inspired to try new foods or cooking techniques. New classes will
be offered each month. Each class is 30 minutes. The class size is 3-4
participants. Classes are included with the KMC Move membership.
Cycling
Instructor led class that combines cardio and endurance in a 30-45-minute
cycling class. Great for giving you all the cardiovascular gains. Moderate
to vigorous intensity, focusing on cardio and strength, and mobility
KMC 30
Instructor led exercise class that makes fitness and health fun again.
This class is designed for the exerciser that wants to work out in a supportive
environment with low impact exercises, diverse activities, focused on
improvement of core strength and bringing heart rate to a healthy range.
Participant must be able to get on and off the floor and stand for up
to 30 minutes per session.
Fitness class with use of exercise equipment,
supervised by a medical professional. Assistance is provided for set up
of equipment and program initiation. Excellent beginning exercise program
that is less scripted, designed for those that appreciate engaging in
building their own exercise routine.
Stay Active & Independent for Life (SAIL)
The SAIL program is able to accommodate people with a mild level of mobility
difficulty (e.g. people who are occasional cane users). Instructor-led
fitness class designed to help maintain and improve balance and mobility.
The program can be performed while sitting or standing. A great program
for the exerciser looking to improve overall balance and fitness.

SilverSneakers Classic:
Seated and standing exercises to increase muscular strength and range of
motion, to improve activities of daily living. This instructor-led class
is great for the beginning exerciser or individual with limitations.
SilverSneakers Splash:
Instructor-led, shallow-water exercise for all skill levels to increase
strength and cardiovascular endurance. Good choice for an exerciser who
is interested in an aquatic format. Perfect for those who are uncomfortable
on land and no swimming required. Must be able to enter and exit the pool
independently.
SilverSneakers Yoga:
Instructor-led program of yoga poses to increase flexibility, balance and
range of motion. Great for all yoga exercisers. This is a seated and standing
class. A yoga mat is not required.
Boom Muscle
Instructor led class perfect for older adults seeking a moderate intensity
to vigorous intensity workout. Participants must be comfortable exercising
from a standing position for 30 minutes.
EnerChi
Instructor led class where participants will perform modified tai chi forms
in a slow, flowing sequence to progress balance and focus. A chair is
offered for standing support.
